Galicia's Kilometre Zero is located in the urban centre of Lalín, marked by an ornamental plaque embedded in the pavement of a pedestrian area of the town. This symbolic point reflects the traditional perception of Lalín as a central place within the territory of Galicia and today functions as a tourist attraction and a local identity feature that draws the attention of both visitors and residents.
The marker consists of a circular stone arrangement at whose centre a metal plaque is placed, bearing the municipal coat of arms and the inscription “Km. 0”, creating a visually recognisable space within the urban layout.
