STAGE 1
Pedre – Codeseda
The Camino de Taverneiro crosses inland A Estrada through hills, villages and traditional paths to Codeseda. The route passes through Sabucedo and As Quintas, combining nature, vernacular architecture and unique spots such as a local waterfall.

STAGE 2
Codeseda – Couso
From Codeseda, the route continues through oak groves, churches and historic settlements towards the Ulla valley. The stage passes through Tabeirós and A Estrada, ending in Pontevea, where we found riverside landscapes and medieval heritage.
Plan your stages carefully and carry water, especially in summer, as some stretches are long and offer little shade. Take advantage of the main towns to rest and enjoy the local gastronomy.
