Río Liñares offers a charming space that works as a true gastronomic refuge, characterised by a wide variety of culinary proposals. Its reputation has been consolidated thanks to the balance achieved between cuisine and service. Belén Goris, the current manager of the project, has maintained the high standard inherited from the previous owner, Inés Barros, ensuring that the establishment’s offer meets all the needs of its customers: ample parking, a large dining room with capacity for 200 guests, café service and the full organisation of events such as baptisms, communions, banquets, family gatherings or company lunches and dinners.
The menu features specialities such as a selection of grilled meats including croca, beef sirloin, roast ham, beef chop and churrasco, as well as its tripe, grilled octopus with mashed potatoes and mushrooms, together with salads, grilled cheese and other dishes that complete a culinary proposal designed to be enjoyed without haste.
