The Church of San Miguel de Duxame, located in the parish of the same name in the municipality of Vila de Cruces, is an elegant example of 18th-century Galician rural religious architecture. The church has a Greek cross plan, a feature that is unusual in the area, with a single nave and two apses, giving it remarkable balance and spatial harmony.
The main façade, facing west, is distinguished by its entrance with toric archivolts in a slightly pointed semicircular arch, a decorative element typical of Gothic art. One of the most distinctive elements of the complex is its tower-shaped bell tower, composed of three sections, topped by a dome.
