O Palomar House, whose construction dates back to the late 18th century, is located in a privileged natural setting, surrounded by mountains, rivers and wide open fields characteristic of inland Atlantic Galicia. Restored in 2007 and respectful of traditional Galician architecture, the property is arranged in two connected buildings housing two and four double rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom, heating and television. The ground floor includes the kitchen, an intimate lounge with a fireplace, the indoor dining room and a cosy lounge-library designed for rest and reading.
Outside, the house offers a porch, a barbecue area and a private swimming pool with a shower to enjoy during the summer months. The large garden, covering more than 4,000 square metres, includes a courtyard where the traditional Galician hórreo stands, as well as a swing area for children. Its location provides easy access to places of great interest: Santiago de Compostela is only half an hour away by car, while Pontevedra and the beginning of its estuary, with white-sand beaches on both shores, are approximately forty minutes away.
